Return and Refund Policy

We accept returns within 7 days of purchase under the following conditions:

• The product is faulty or defective
• All original packaging, accessories, and contents are intact and included
• Proof of purchase is provided

We do not accept returns for change of mind, buyer's remorse, or damage caused by misuse or improper installation.

To initiate a return, contact us at dba@dba.hk or WhatsApp 5488-0850 with your order number and a description of the fault. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalised specifications). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific order.
